Owner's Comments

This property is not for the faint at heart, since it is located on the roof of a three--story building (just three flights of stairs). But... what a reward awaits those who come!!! The views and breezes are amazing. From sunrise to sunset, hear the ocean waves crashing just a few feet away. Wake up in the treetops to the music of morning doves. See the ocean from every room (even in the shower!). Sunbathe on your own private 1600 square foot sun deck.

The Hawaiian/Boho-style decor makes this place the perfect Honeymoon Cottage, Retirement Retreat, or simply a Home Away from Home! From the French doors to the tile floors (and crown molding, ceiling fans, water fountain, floor to ceiling mirrors, gourmet kitchen, etc). You won't want to leave! And believe when we say that many guests have expressed their desire to stay.

Poipu has the best weather on the island. The south shore gets the Summer swell, from May into October. The Trade Winds keep things cool. Cook at home and eat on the spacious Lanai or dine at the Beach House Restaurant, famous for its great food, drinks, and awesome sunset location, just across the street.

Enjoy the beaches located from a walking distance, with beach chairs provided, a rolling ice chest, a beach umbrella, several beach towels, and a beach basket. You can also walk or drive a mile up Lawai Rd to see the famous "Spouting Horn" and visit the beautiful National Botanical Gardens McBryde and Allerton Gardens

The Prince Kuhio premises are beautifully well-maintained, tropical garden grounds with a swimming pool, large BBQ area, a Koi pond, and plenty of free parking in the complex or additional parking in the parking garage.
