3rd floor unit, done with a soft tropical touch. Adjacent to historic Prince Kuhio Park, with good ocean views, it's a walk across the street to ocean for snorkeling and surfing. Common sights include Sea Turtles, endangered Monk Seals, and Seasonal Whales. Nicely landscaped grounds with koi pond, swimming pool and barbeque & picnic area. This spacious unit is equipped with full size washer and dryer.

Although we haven't gotten to meet our hosts, we very much felt your gracious and generous presence. Our stay here has absolutely exceeded our expectations. With gratitude -

This was our second trip to Kauai. Last year, we stayed at Kuhio Shores. While the kitchen was more updated at Kuhio Shores, the living was much more enjoyable at PK #318. The breeze blowing through the condo was wonderful. We didn't need to buy any spices and loved everything the kitchen had to offer (a microplane!). We hiked in Waimea Canyon, snorkeled at Ke'e Beach and Poipu Beach. Tunnels was red flagged during our stay - instead we found Maha'ulepu Beach. A little rough to get to but well worth the trip! Mahalo!

This was our second visit to Kauai as well as PK. It was our first stay in #318 and we enjoyed it thoroughly. We eat in to make the trip more feasible and appreciated your well stocked kitchen. The safe is a magnificent idea - we've never seen that before in a rental. You've done a great job maintaining the place to look fresh and new. The love and aloha in this place was felt. Thank you and we hope to return again and stay here! Mahalo

This is our second trip to Kauai - 1st time in #318. Your condo is great - we actually have an ocean view without hanging over the lanai! We've hiked, snorkeled, rested and recharged ourselves. Lots to do and not enough time. The washer and dryer are a big plus and having beach "stuff" snorkels, masks, shoes and such is a nice tough and greatly appreciated. This will not be our last trip to Kauai.

Happy to get this unit again! We will ask for the unit if we are blessed to come again and bring guests. Two entrances to the bathroom is a big plus. Thanks you so much for sharing.

This is our 4th or 5th time at PK 318, Very comfortable place. Like our second home. We have enjoyed the new Kukui'ulu Village. Wednesday farmer's market is great. Also love Merriman's happy hour 5-6 and wine flights. Delish!

Aloha Greens. We love your condo - 4th year in a row. Weather was great, lots of turtles. We will be coming later next year so we will be staying in #319, and will get to meet you. We can't wait.

Your home is lovely. You have everything that you could possible need. The bed was great. Enjoyed every evening watching the sunset at the Beach House, and sunrise right from the bed. Looking forward to coming again soon.

Thank you for such a beautiful place to stay, our first time in Kauai. What a nice supply of beach gear, coolers, and picnic stuff for our long beautiful days out everywhere on the island. Rainbows, whales, monk seals, and sea turtles (and chickens)! Thank you for the well stocked home away from home, cozy bed & 2 TVs (helpful with the kids about!) Mahalo for everything.

WOW! What a wonderful condo, beautiful view! The sunsets every evening at the Beach House were amazing. That you for all the beach gear! The kitchen so nicely supplied, just like home! We so enjoyed the Kauai beautiful flowers, palm trees, beaches and parks. This was our third time here - hope to come back soon.

We are here with one of our daughters. The double entrance to the bath area was really nice. The breeze was always wonderful. My husband and I have had the chance to try out about 15 of the different units here; this one is about the best for bringing guests with us. Thanks so much for sharing everything. Used the boogie boards and enjoyed some of the Hawaiian music. Mahalo

We had a lovely time in your condo. You have so many small touches that make it feel like a home. We were flooded out of our original condo, stayed in another, and finally landed in #318. We were thrilled. Thanks for sharing your home.

Had a great time in Kauai and here in #318. This is our second time with our kids to PK. Location is the best, beach, pool, sunsets & turtles, fabulous! We will be back and have recommended PK to many friends & family. Thanks for sharing your second home with us and all of the great amenities like the chairs for the beach, boogie board, snorkeling equipment, it's terrific! Aloha & Cheers,

Gordon and I love your view to the sacred Hawaiian lands to the east [birthplace of Prince Kuhio], with the trade winds blowing through the living space. It's a cozy & friendly home to share. Also, we thank you for the two non-aluminum pots and pan & tea kettle. This is a true find in a rental, did you know?! May all guests truly rest well here!
