• Holiday Season: December 15 through Jan 5th, $200 per night, minimum 3 nights
• Peak Season: January 6 to March 31 and November 1 to December 14, $190 per night, 7 nights or more rate is $10 less per night
• Standard Season: April 1 to October 31, $180 per night, 7 nights or more rate is $10 less per night
• 3-night minimum stay unless there are only 2 nights available.

For the visitor who is looking for reasonably priced accommodations within 20 yards of a white sand beach, this 70 unit complex is ideal. Adjacent to historic Prince Kuhio Park, your condo is directly across the road from the beach. With sweeping mountain views, these condos are located by one of Kauai's best snorkeling beaches where tropical fish and green sea turtles abound. In season you can whale watch from your living room or private patio.

The beautifully landscaped setting includes a large swimming pool, tropical gardens with a Japanese Koi pond and outdoor barbeque and picnic tables are conveniently located. Some of Kauai's finest restaurants are within minutes (one just across the road). There is reserved parking for guests. Shopping for groceries, snorkel, bike, and kayak rentals are within walking distance. Golfers can tee off on several nearby courses. Because of its location on the south shore, all points and activities on the island are accessible in a little over one hour. The airport is approximately a half hour drive.
