We invite you to live the awesome Hawaiian experience on the lush Garden Isle of Kauai which begins in the lovely, newly renovated condominium 306 on the third floor of the Prince Kuhio. This elevated advantage point (sorry, there is no elevator) gives you a commanding view of the Pacific Ocean in all its moods and glory, the Prince Kuhio historic park below and the lush volcanic mountains beyond from our living room and balcony. Sunrise splashes the living room with brilliant warmth, assuming the wood-woven curtains are parted. A peak of the ocean and the sunset is even visible through the kitchen window. The nearly ever-present trade winds flow through the louvered windows throughout the unit affording a comfortable tropical temperature. The woven and wicker furniture give an authentic Hawaiian flavor to your vacation.

Our one bedroom with a comfortable queen bed is ideal for two. Our unit affords you nearly all the comforts of home. The kitchen with granite counter tops possess all the utensils you might need including a coffee maker, toaster, rice cooker and blender for drinks. The bathroom with a walk-in shower affords you many hooks for your wet suits and towels as well as a hair dryer. The closet stores an iron and small ironing board plus a digital safe, extra linen, two beach towels, a small ice chest and two trendy Tommy Bahama beach chairs. For your convenience we have mounted a power tower for your electronics at the spacious work desk. And for your enjoyment the condo offers you a 48" smart digital TV and a 32" wall mounted TV in the bedroom plus a DVD player and a CD player with an assortment of Hawaiian music.

The Prince Kuhio is but a leisure two minute walk from Lawai Beach, snorkeling and mesmerizing sunsets; a five minute walk to turtle cove where three-foot leather backs sun at your feet; and a five minute drive to Poipu Beach Park which was once noted to be in the list of top ten beaches of the United States by a travel magazine. An easy 10 minute stroll brings you to Kukui'ula Shopping Center housing a variety of stores, restaurants and food market. Enjoy the well kept gardens of Prince Kuhio, the beautiful tiled swimming pool with plentiful lounge chairs, a barBQ/picnic area and the wonderful bird songs right outside your door. And, of course, free parking, both open and enclosed.

306 will feel like your second home. So really all you need is a swimsuit, toothbrush and a yen for a memorable tropic adventure.
