• 10% discount on stays longer than 7 nights
• Required mid-clean of $200 on stays longer than 2 weeks
• $300 refundable damage deposit
• $200 out cleaning fee
• 100% refund if cancelled 60 days or more prior to arrival
• 50% refund if cancelled 30-59 days prior to arrival
• For cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival, we will refund you for any of the days we are able to re-rent the unit, less a $100 processing fee.

Welcome to your Kauai escape! This inviting one-bedroom is located just steps from the beach, offering an ideal home base for relaxation and adventure on Kauai's sunny South Shore. Coastal island charm and a lush tropical atmosphere greet you at the door.
Enjoy our quiet, private pool or take a short walk to the boutiques and restaurants at Kukuiula nearby. And sunset while sipping on the island's best mai tai just across the street at The Beach House restaurant is a must!
Cook in our well-stocked kitchen with a dine-in eating space. Get a great night's sleep in the king-sized bed with luxury pillows and organic linens, lulled to sleep by the sound of the waves in the background. The view from the living room couch is of the ocean just across the street and palm-dotted Kuhio Park, rich in history. The bathroom has great water pressure, beach essentials are provided, and you are close to beautiful golf courses and the botanical park.
We have raised our family here on this beautiful island, and love to extend aloha to our visitors. We are very particular about the cleanliness of this unit, and personally oversee it's care.
