Owner's Comments
This large one bedroom unit in a non smoking complex has two lanais. One is off the living room and one off the bedroom on the park/ocean side. There is a sitting area and office alcove with free high speed Internet. The fully furnished kitchen has all new appliances including dishwasher and microwave. This secluded quiet unit is located on the ground floor, no steps. The bedroom has a new king size bed. The lovely pool has both sun and shade to accommodate your needs. There is both a gas and charcoal grill located in the lovely gardens.
