Owner's Comments
Aloha from Bill and Lisa. Prince Kuhio #113 is a large, one bedroom,
first floor condo nestled between Prince Kuhio Park and tropical
gardens. The living room has great views of the gardens and the pool.
Quietly read a book or enjoy a beverage on the lanai, as you watch the
ocean waves roll in. Peacefully fall asleep to the gentle sounds of
ocean waves, and wake to spectacular sunrises. The kitchen is fully
equipped with every essential cooking tool. We have provided our
guests with a washer and dryer in the unit. Local phone service is free.
Grab our beach chairs and cooler and head across the street to the
sandy beach, for swimming and outstanding snorkeling. Don't be
surprised if you encounter sleeping monk seals or swimming sea
turtles at the beach. Or simply relax by the pool in the peaceful
tropical garden setting. The BBQ area is available for you to enjoy
complete with picnic tables.
There are a variety of outstanding restaurants in the Poipu area.
Shops are just a few minutes away in Old Koloa Town or Poipu
Shopping Village. Don't forget to visit Spouting Horn and The
Botanical Gardens which are within walking distance. Minutes
away you will find golfing, tennis and horseback riding. Just
down the road you will find Kukuiula Harbor for open ocean
dives, ocean tours, sailing and sport fishing.
Please make yourself at home. We hope you enjoy your stay. Please
provide us with input in our guest book, since we are continually
striving to make your stay as comfortable as possible. And most
importantly, live Aloha.
